What a nice find in the middle of Cohoes. There's a limited menu consisting of various meats with different pasta options each night. The food was good, not great. Made pasta came extremely al dente came extremely al dente (And I do like Al dente pasta). The chicken francese was rather watery. And by that, I don't mean thin or liquidy. And by that I truly mean it tasted watered down and had very little lemon, garlic or wine flavor. The bread and the presentation of oil and balsamic drizzle and pesto was absolutely amazing. The sausage and peppers were fantastic. This restaurant is certainly worth giving another try. The servers were attentive and friendly.

Had tickets for cohoes music hall, decided to try ANTHONYS before the show..made reservations, and on arrival were treated like we had been there many times however it was our first trip..we were offered table in the bar,inthe back room,or outside on the patio.after being seated we were immediately attended to..we had drinks within 10 minutes..order was taken..I had chicken parm w/angel hair and friend has chicken Marsala.waiter was very attentive and helpful.dinners arrived very promptly and HOT..AND THEY DID NOT SKIMP..Both meals were delicious..highly recommend and will definitely return..
