We guarantee select nursery stock: trees, shrubs, evergreens, fruit trees, vines, perennials and roses for 1 full year from date of purchase. Simply return the product with the original receipt for a refund of the full purchase price. Product without the original receipt, nursery stock left in the original container and annuals are not guaranteed.

In the confirmation email did they give you a "track my order" link? Im not sure if theisens specifically does this, but its common enough i would think they do. Otherwise if you havent heard anything by the time they said it would be ready, then you should call and ask.
They do have some mugs...but not sure if you are wanting personalized.
