Long waits just to get in the door to wait. horrible mask mandate policy. No mask no service even though it is illegal harassment. Took 4hours to get the correct paper. I was given the incorrect papers last week.

I was told an appointment wasn't necessary and had to wait 1.5hrs; the building is not equipped to adequately accommodate social distance. Max is 4 in the office and the rest have to wait outside or in lobby, there is one chair, no benches or other seating and it's HOT, nicer outside. I am not impressed with parking or accessibility either. There are 2 handicap spots and only one of 3 entrances is accessible by all. The windows are way too high for people that struggle with mobility. Dirty building and beware of the drinking fountains 💦 Their fix is a rug getting soaked!!! Not an exaggeration, it hits the wall with force! Officer/security was polite and straightforward. Check-in was quick and easy on a kiosk. I received the proper paperwork I needed, but was treated with disregard and disrespect as not disabled enough even though it has continued over 1 year and IS persisting as permanent. TRY to stay calm, I'm glad he doesn't make the decision! Judging more invisible disabilities is NOT okay. Please retrain staff to be more compassionate and nonbiased! They do NOT know my journey and should not disregard so easily.

Requested 5 x a temp password so I could change my password and did the requests online. It said 5 to 10 business days to receive via land mail a temp password. zITS BEEN 5 weeks Since my last request! And, I received at least three email after sending an email - neither answered my question not gave me any hope of ever receiving that temp password!!! I’m FN STILL WAITING!!
