Worst service & unprofessional staff, they communicate like uneducated peoples (could be uneduated) They thinks the consulate general is their persoanl property or the people coming their are their servants. They intensionally makes spelling errors and then denies to accept. Most of 5 star reviewes are their own staff

Yes, you will need visa for Afghanistan like Aghanistani need visa for pakistan to go. The only thing is that visa will be free or few bucks for admin fee

Guys, try to call on time, they are open from 9am till 3 pm new york times. So u guys always should check what time is it in New York and then call, they always answer during those hours.

You should be able to mall it. Make sure it's registered and send a return envelope as well. But they take forever, so you have to be on them constantly, if they ever pick up their phone
