We love our office in building 77 but the parking situation is a total nightmare. Even if you pay for monthly parking for your office there isn’t nearly enough parking, I wish they would turn some of the unused space into parking spots for the monthly tenants.

Place smells.

I looooooooooove this place. It's one of the most beautiful under-discovered parts of Brooklyn at least for younger crowds. There's so much history and beauty here.

Depends where you go in the Navy Yard. Most bigger buildings have their own free WiFi.
No fee also NYC Ferry just opened up a new stop there for commuters going to 34th street and Astoria queens
Enter through Cumberland street and ask Security for bldg 92. All the information is available there.
Brooklyn Navy Yard is a business area, which has several businesses that cater to Navy Yard workers and outside personnel. There is no need to make an appointment because only Navy Yard workers are allowed inside. You can visit the stores that do business in the lobby, like Russ & Daughters.
The buses that give the tours in Brookyn and Manhattan are taken in different parts of Manhattan, on the 42nd and 8th avenues, on 5th avenue and 53 st. I have also seen selling the tickest for the tours. but you can buy the tickets online too the page is sightseeingbusnyc.com They have different prices depending which attractions you want to visit
It used to be closed to the public unless you joined one of the tours. Now they have a food court area that is open to the public. I think the rest is still closed off with guards controlling entrance.
At Building 92 on Tuesday mornings, here's all the info: https://brooklynnavyyard.org/employment-center/for-job-seekers
