The website is absolutely ridiculous! You don't get anywhere, you cannot look at any items, can't even order online. Fix your website!

Nothing is arranged in size order. Hangers all over the floor - my cart kept getting stuck on hangers and Clothing laying on the floor. I listened to two employees standing around chatting and complaining while I looked through the racks. They were in the aisle blocking it. I had to go around the other way to get the next aisle. After I finished shopping... The line to the cashier was halfway to the back of the store as 2 cashiers leisurely checked people out. I had a cart with several hundred dollars worth of clothing and coats. I left my cart and walked out. I can't believe that any business is run this way. Why by anything there? You would have to double check for tears or stains from it having lain on the floor and been repeatedly run over and stepped on. Not worth going there unless you absolutely have to.

Really disorganized. Clothing all over the place. Hangers tossed around. Looks like the place hasn't been cleaned up in a long time. And long check out lines complete with registers on one end of the store shut down. If I worked here I would be embarrassed. I now await the copy and paste response from the Burlington social media team yet no changes done at store level at all.
