I arrived to have propane tanks filled. The person at the desk said he is understaffed and that I will have to come back another day. I was the only customer in the building. Guess I’ll fill up somewhere else. Ridiculous.

I am very unhappy with Uhaul right now. When I arrived for this installation I was told there was no installer. One employee said they tried to call to schedule. They had tried to call shortly after the parts were in stock, and I had returned the call specifically confirming this appointment. Now I'm told that the earliest I can get in is Monday and it's first-come first-served - what's the point of making appointments if it's first-come first-served? Very frustrated that this will be several drives up, which means my time and gas. I don't have any other options for hitch installation, but Uhaul will definitely not be a place I consider for moving services anymore after this experience. Please remind employees to leave voicemails if they call to cancel appointments, or to fix the system so it doesn't allow appointments when there's no installer available.
