I have been bringing my rider to DPE for a couple of years. Historically their service was great, prices were fair and people were nice. Today was a different story. Repair was great and price was still fair. For the drop off return, the mower wasn't put where I asked. They didn't tell me they put it on the side of the house so I thought it was stolen. I called to find out if they dropped it off. They confirmed they had and said next time, check around your house before you call us and scare the "s***" out of us and hung up. Yes she swore and hung up. I tried to call back but suddenly no answer. Rude and uncalled for. All they had to do was tell me where the mower was and that would have done the trick. Obviously later I would have found it. They didn't need to scare the "s***" out of me and make me think my mower was stolen. They just lost a repeat customer.

This place is busy and they know there stuff, they might be a little more pricy than the smaller guys but my machines come back working great! The women up front she keeps this place going! She knows her stuff and running around non stop! Thanks for the good service!

Zero turn needed new hydraulic unit, sharpen blades and changed oil. Prices not great but works and turn around perfect
