This was the worst nurses I've ever encountered. Probably why they had one of the most deaths from Covid recorded in the United States. When my grandmother was dying, our family asked for them to call the on-call doctor to get her medications for her pain. They refused, probably because of the additional paperwork it would require over the weekend. When we got frustrated, that grandma wasn't being treated, they kicked family members out of the facility stating visiting hours. She could've ended up dying without anyone by her because of their laziness. And the customer service of kicking family members out of their dying ones bedside made me sick and still does to this day. I hope they close for everyone's sake.

Dry clean establishment - the front of house is very nice and updated but the rooms are pretty tired. My Dad is getting good care there either way though!

Do NOT send your loved ones to this place!! Terrible. If you want to be hung up on, told that they are too busy or want to talk to people that you can't understand.........have at it. Still waiting for all the records and documentation after my father was in there for less than two weeks for "Rehab" and was expected to be home in 2 weeks and he passed away ALONE!!!! As I said, we are still waiting for all the records and documentation!

My father has been a resident in the memory care unit of this facility for the last 6 months. He has recently passed, but I had a great experience with the staff and they truly cared so much about my dad. I was broken hearted when we had to make the decision to move him to a nursing home and It really helped to know the staff was so good with him. He would light up when his favorite staff would come in to help.

Hi Becky, yes we do have extended stay, respite apartments. Please give our main phone number a call. Thanks.
I'm not sure that the gift shop is open during the pandemic to people who don't live there. However, you should call first to find out. That way, you can be certain that you know what the procedures are for you entering the building and then entering the shop. We want to keep everyone well, you included, during the pandemic.
You have to call at least 12 hr before and then self check when you sign in.
