The pump prompts are absolutely horribly slow. Why does it take so long to process a simple pump approval and rewards card reading. I will avoid this like the plague in the winter. It may be acceptable farther south, but in Minnesota thus is totally unacceptable. This does not hold up to HyVees standards at all. Please look into this HyVee.

I've been working to remove this location for several weeks now and I have noticed one thing about the customers coming in most of them have issues with the gas pumps because they won't read any of the instructions on the pumps themselves . People need to start reading instructions instead of just pressing buttons and hoping for the best.

95% of my fuel purchases at this location have resulted in no receipt paper at the pump. I find this is very annoying. I'm not going to take my child out of my car seat just to go in to the building to get a receipt. I guess times have changed since I last worked at the gas station. Paper receipt level was checked daily/nightly and changed if low.
