It seems you cannot rely on the appointment time in this company. After changing the date and time and verifying it with the customer service rep we had a no show for our first appointment with them. It is a big disappointment as we rescheduled our day to make it fit. My excitement level for a start of a remodel for 2 bathrooms has fallen flat. MY COMMENT TO THE COMPANY RESPONSE BELOW: The Appointment was scheduled by my husband at an earlier date. I called to reschedule due to an overlap in our schedule. I verified the change with the rep twice for the 13th of October. He also scheduled for Rusco and MN Shower & Bath reps to be there together on that night. There was no miscommunication, the person who changed the appointment messed up!

They did a wonderful job. We love the finished product. My Installer was Scott Brown and he was great. Very accommodating, on time every day, clean, and organized.

We made arrangements to have our shower redone last January 2022. We were told that the job would be completed in May or June. The contractors didn’t arrive until September. When they did arrive the shower door was the wrong size and they had no trim to complete the job. When I signed off on the job I marked it as incomplete. The following Monday we got a call from MN S&B that they wanted final payment. They stated the job was done and less than $1000 was needed to complete the job. The door alone was $3000. There is no trim around the top to seal the shower walls and the shower is unusable. I had to contact them after the fact to put the correct door on order. I was told that I would be contacted on when the work would be complete within a day or two. They did not contact me. I just called them and was told that the door will be arriving late October or early November. The customer representative was extremely short and unapologetic. I can only hope that this small job can be completed this year. I understand that there are supply issues but would expect some sort of respect as a customer. Especially, due to the high cost of their service. I would not recommend them. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
