The woman owner is very rude and apparently does not appreciate children being in the store. I will not be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who is not a frequent shopper of this establishment. She is unhelpful and belittling in the way she speaks to people. The other mixed girl who helps in the store was more than willing to assist without undermining my white mother and 2 mixed nephews smh very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever. They follow u around the store non stop. I was trying on wigs and the store keeper grabbed the wig out of my hand and placed it on my head. Says others messed up wigs before. Regardless of that i should not be penalized if I'm spending my hard earned money. They consistently harass u even if u tell them i don't need help. Felt like a criminal. Any other time I've gone there its no problem but today was too much. I'll be spending my money elsewhere

Very sweet staff! I didn't know where to look when I walked in because the store is huge and has every choice you can imagine! The owner was super helpful and she was very kind as I was indecisive about everything. The other sales girls were super friendly. I highly recommend!

Extremely rude and horrible customer service. I visited Wiggo in search of a human hair wig. After trying on a curly wig, I told the Asian woman that I would like to show it to my mom to see what she thinks. She then laughed and replied you're not a grown lady. I tried to ignore her insult and proceeded to ask about the quality of the hair. She replied " I don't know anything about the company, the wig is $350 dollars, so it's good." Not wanting to waste money on a wig that wasn't quality, I asked another clerk if she could give me information on the quality of the wig. The Asian woman then began to heavily breathe and mumble under her breathe about me asking about the quality of the wig. I then said to the clerk that I should leave because the Asian woman was being rude and it's clear she just wants to sell me anything. As I turned to leave the Asian woman yells out.. "you just have no money". In the past I purchased over 15 wigs from Wiggo ranging from $175-$325, both human hair and synthetic, in addition to hair care products. However I will never shop at this business again. Also, while I was shopping another woman walked in asking questions about lace tape that she had recently purchased from wiggo that was not working. The Asian woman rudely and repeatedly told the customer that it was her greasy head and that's the reason the tape would not stick.
