Depending when you visit, currently running out of items esp. bottled water, paper products, i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, etc. due to COVID. Sales start on Wednesday & end the following Tuesday so your best bet is to come in late Wed. or early Thursday so they have time to restock. Unfortunately, I have been in looking for the Hagen-Daz icecream flavor Chocolate Peanut Butter for 4 weeks now and have yet to be successful in finding it in the freezer section!!! Arrg!! Frustrating!!! Krogers needs to do something about this! Sadly, most of this has to do with being seriously short-staffed. They just had a Job Fair and I hope it improves especially since this is the nearest Kroger location close to where I live. Today at 6 pm there was only ONE full service check out open. Otherwise you where forced to use U-Scan. The Bottle Return area continues to be a mess and I am considering switching to another location to avoid ALL THESE ISSUES!

They seem to be out of stock of certain items more than other supermarkets I've been to, even during the Covid era. Also, they should post hours for their can/ bottle return. I've wasted a few trips there because they apparently close it whenever they feel like it. Just let people know when it's going to be open or closed. But even if it's open, the machines are so incredibly bad. The machines won't accept some of your cans/ bottles that are clearly returnable, and for no apparent reason. Sometimes, you have to put cans/ bottles through multiple times for the machine to read them. It's such a slow and frustrating process. Don't even waste you're time there.

I used the grocery pickup and had a good experience. It's easier with the app, but I understand if people want to limit app usage.

Often out of items and generally not the politest bunch, seems they close earlier and earlier now. Within 3 months they’ve adjusted hours twice, to close earlier both times. Pretty soon this store will be closed more than it’s open. I’d say by summer their hours will be like 7:30am to noon at the rate they’re going. They have like 20 people there during the day, I guess they cannot convince any of them to stay an extra hour? Or adjust the schedules? Who knows. I’d suggest the 5 Mile and Merriman store or the 12 Mile and Halsted store instead. 8 Mile and Farmington used to be a great option but they’re falling off too, soon to be closed more than open as well. Looks out for the night cleaning crew as well. When they use that floor buffer or whatever it is, you better make sure to get out of their way or they will plow you over with it.
