Why does the Waterford in Little Rock not have after hours emergency service. I've lived here 23 years and this is the 1st time the answering service says they no longer service us. My ac is not working. It's 99 degrees

99 degrees in my apartment and I can't reach anyone. what is going on. I can't go to the pool to cool off they are closed. I want my rent money back !!!!!!!!!!the Waterford is the worst managed property I have ever witnessed. Luaanas daughter was my neighbor until her thug boyfriend nearly killed us all here. Breaking down doors and carying a gun !!!!!

Why are current residents at Cave Springs apartments in Bowling Green, KY fined for parking near their homes? There are 10 "for Future Residents" signs/parking space that inconvenience current residents who can't park near their homes.
