We highly recommend diligent completion the Checklist. It must be returned to our office, in the envelope provided at Lease signing, within 10 days of move in. Completion of the Checklist protects you, the Tenant, and helps us service any issues that may have been overlooked prior to move in.
Yes! We give our Owners the option to be as involved in the tenant selection process as they'd like to be. Let us know your preference and we'll take it from there.
If the emergency maintenance call is during normal business hours, call us at the office. If after 5PM or on the weekend, call your Property Manager directly. All maintenance calls are handled quickly and emergency calls take top priority.
