This is an unreliable Starbucks. It's good it's a treat and not something you really need. I have been there several times when there is a sign saying thy closed early or the mobile app doesn't work and you have to wait for ever. Staff are nice. I put this on the management. It would be nice to have a place you can depend on. Like I said good thing it's a treat amd I can live without it.

I ordered a Red Eye and asked for two cubes of ice. Jody tried to logically explain why they charged extra for ice and the shortage of ice (WOW). I didn't pay for the ice I received. Jody gave me a whole cup of ice for FREE (Thanks, I only needed two cubes with the shortage of ice and all). Then Jody advised me that in the future I would be charged extra for ice (WHAT THE...) I tipped the barista $5 since I surmised that he thought this was ridiculous. I'm not surprised that Starbucks locations are closing everywhere. Starbucks will probably start charging for toilet tissue in the restrooms (.25 cent per square passed out by the management team). Why don't you have the charge for extra ice on the price board?

This is a perfect location for Starbucks in downtown Farmington Hills. A nice location with ample seating (but still can get crowded) to work from. However (answering video/audio calls might be difficult during crowded hours). Have ordered from this location over 10 times and never been disappointed with the service.

Litterally skimps on any size hot drink EVERY.SINGLE. TIME. My cup is alway 3/4 full even with no whip. I don’t spend $6-7 to get skimped… they might as well just serve one size because that’s what you get despite selecting a size.
