Worse management company. Maintenance doesn’t have a number, they don’t follow there with there appointment. Clauses in there lease that tenants should be responsible for. Employees are rude. Hell there no way to reach this company by phone. The City inspectors should check out several of there properties. I guarantee they would shut them down

I currently am under this company and it is completely horrible ! They’ve switched owners multiple times without notifying any tenant. The maintenance department doesn’t have a phone number to contact them nor does management have any phone numbers . I had a maintenance request for Sunday between 9-12 and no one showed up then told me it was unnecessary for me to text back he short code number I had . I notified management and they have no pull or anything . They are just as resourceful as the tenants . I would NOT RECOMMEND this company what SO ever! And I’m 9 months pregnant with water falling from my ceiling and theres no urgency on the matter or for the pests . They’ll go weeks and months with no contact !
