I deposited close to $54,000.00 into my account today and told the tell I need to make a large withdrawal of $70 grand out of my account. I already had close to 30 grand in my account. I was told by the teller that the funds would be available tomorrow and she would order the 70 grand so it would be ready when I came in in the morning. I just received a phone call from the branch manager who told me he would not give me 70 grand and that he would only give me 10 grand a week until I reached the 70 grand. He told me the last time he gave that kind of money out he got robbed later that day. I told him that wasn't of my concern and that I needed my money. He refused. I will be closing my account with Chase Bank tomorrow but not until I go to the branch and have a few words with this branch manager. It's not going to be nice.

I wanted to close my chase bank account not because of the bas service but, I will be leaving the US. Anyways, the cashier supervisor was super kind and very helpful. She tried to give the best options they have for my situation.

Came here for the first time at 330 on a Thursday. Pretty busy. Lots of people. Opened up a second teller line. Just wanted to get a cashiers check. Everything went well. Nowhere near as bad as the rest of the reviews make it out to be. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Didn't use the atm so can't address those reviews. Line did keep moving. But did have to wait long enough where I could take pics and leave this review 🙂
