Very nice and clean. Fake grass and a small tub for dogs to cool off. The area is not that big but is enough for dogs to run around.

You don't; but on the weekend during the summer the park has a $10 parking fee for non-residents.
Not at the Wantagh Park except in a little wading pool, try Cointre Hall in Huntington Great place for dogs and there is a ramp for them to go off into the LISound
