It has been about a week since we've moved in. We are so happy with the building. All of the doormen and the porters are so friendly and kind. We love everything about it. Thank you for your help with making the move-in such a smooth transition for us.

Black mold, mice and cockroaches.. DO NOT RENT HERE! Management is a disaster, they did not care about the health risks pertaining to black mold, and told me it was my fault that I had mice because I was not in my flat enough which is laughable because an exterminator found huge holes in the walls and told me the entire building was infested.. Horrible building, really dirty and mismanaged. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is infested with cockroaches. We have lived in the building for a little over year and have had at least 4 per month. Every time we complain to the building's management, they offer to send an exterminator who "patches up some holes" and hasn't made an impact. It is really unpleasant to come home to several dead cockroaches after a long weekend away. Last night my husband and I were cooking in our kitchen and a cockroach scurried across his foot-- absolutely disgusting.
