I don’t recommend this apartments to anyone i was resident of 2682 west 2nd street there was mice problem and i moved to 2775 shore parkway and still have mice problem. I have 3 years old son and every day i see mice droppings in his bed. In the beginning I thought manager George was nice person but he only cares about good reviews for google every time i see him for the problem you feel that he hates you he don’t even feel’s sorry for your problem. This People don’t realize that they make money from tenants and they have to be nice.

WORSE REALTY ON THE MARKET I TRY TO RENT A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT FOR 1900 THEY SHOW ME A FEW APARTMENTS IT WAS A MESS AND HAD ROACHES THEY CALLED THIS LUXERY WHEN THIS BUILDING IS OLD AND PEOPLE MAKING LOTS OF NOISE AND LEAVING DOORS OPEN THEN I CALLED AGAIN THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 2400 THEY WOULDN'T EVEN HELP OR WORK WITH YOU GETTING THE PRICE DOWN

George is a man with big heart. He will always do his best for the residents of Beach Haven ! Any problem or concern will be solved within few hours/days when you reach him out ! He brought a new life for Beach Haven!
