I have nothing but praises for Silver Lake Apartments. The administration does an excellent job in keeping a clean and safe environment in our community. The building is always clean, safe and it even smells good when you walk around the common areas. I hope they always keep up the very good work. Thanks for everything. Larry

The wife and I lived at Silverlake apartments for 5 years. This was the best experience I've had in New York dealing with building management and maintenance. No NYC building is going to be perfect. But if there's a problem, you want it fixed quickly. And the maintenance team was always excellent about that. I had to call maintenance maybe a handful of times over the course of 5 years, and every time they were in my apartment within the hour. It's an older building, but the grounds are really well cared for. Hallways and elevators were always clean. Nice pool area, and lots of green out front. Camille was always responsive and reasonable. Walls are a bit thin, so you will hear neighbors if they are loud. Overall, I would recommend living here for an affordable apartment that's close to the city.

Ok not everything is perfect but everyone is very nice in the building it is kept clean. If you are a constant complainer go somewhere else. Camille and Cathy have alwAys been nice to us. Maybe because we don’t constantly complain. Have a Blessed Day!😄

Litterally the worst apartment I ever rented. It's impossible to get anything done. I had my packages stolen several times and all the management will tell you is they can't see it on the security cameras. Camille is so nasty once you sign the lease. Don't be fooled.
