I’ve been here twice and both times I had a bad experience. I had to drop off some returns using a QR code. I brought the items in the original package (that they were shipped to me in) and had taped it up so that it would be a quick drop off. There was a bit of a wait which is fine since it seemed busy. When I got to the counter the employee asked if it was a return item, to which I said yes it’s a pair of shoes. He then said he had to open the box to inspect what’s inside. I’ve never had a return where the employee needs to open the package and inspect what was in the package. I told him it’s a pair of shoes and I’m not shipping electronics or any other potentially hazardous items… He then proceeds to tell me that I need to purchase a box in order to ship and process the return because the original packaging is a shoe box. I told him that the original packaging was exactly how it was shipped to me. There’s no damage to the box either. I’m confused on why I need to specifically buy a fedex box to process a return. Are the fedex boxes superior to other packaging? I was able to do a drop off return for another pair of shoes at a different location in the original packaging. At this point I just paid the $8 so I could have the return processed since I had been there long enough. I recommend avoiding this location since the employees seem like they want to find any way to charge you once you go in.

The employee, Jamie, is so extremely kind! I have went to the store multiple times to print for my school projects and each time I needed to print an oversized print, she was always there to offer help when I needed it and made it a comfortable experience. If I have to print anytime, I would always always come here. Thank you so so much!

Helped by Alyssa here who’s quite rude and incapable of customer service. I Got an ikea order shipped here (which is a new service offered by Ikea) but clearly the system hasn’t been streamlined yet. Which is fine, unless you have Alyssa helping you. Then you get your order with a lot of rudeness. Next time, I will rather drive to another location.

i'll be fair and give a 3 since Shalina (Shalini) turned the situation completely around, in regards to my first interaction with Alyssa. I come in here all the time as I work for the top video game company in the world. It irks me that every time I come in there seems to be an unpleasantness that some don't like to do their job. I came in for packing and shipping and was blatantly told I needed to pack my own stuff and come back. I , unfortunately, had to call the customer service line and upon return, Shalina (Shalini) whom I see all the time, immediately catered to me as a customer, as is representative of the business. I didn't mind paying for packing at all, just kind of strange the differing interactions between her and Alyssa. Again , as i've said in other reviews, give Shalina (Shalini , sorry if I butchererd the name) a raise and have her teach the staff a thing or too!!
