It was comfortable talking with the Dr he answer my questions and explained my situation clearly and in as much detail so I can understand ,the only thing ,I didn't like is waiting ,I waited for nearly 2 and 1/2 hours.

Dr. Kazeem has been my endo since I was diagnosed with diabetes ten years ago. Under his care I went from taking Lantus and metformin with an A1C of 12.6 to no meds and an A1C of 5.7. He is a caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor who stays current with the latest methods for managing diabetes. Note as of 10/22 my A1C is 5.5

Horrible place. I would give zero stars if possible. Had an appointment for 10:15. Arrived early. I completed my registration forms in less than 5 mins and was not registered until 11am despite me informing the desk operant that I need to be out by 11:30 to be on time for work. After waiting a hour I was still not spoken to by any staff in the office. Also to note while there, multiple patients were there for appt in the AM for a doctor that was not on schedule until the afternoon (said front desk operant) and patients were even rescheduling because they were waiting for so long. It’s really unprofessional and horrible time management to have numerous patients waiting for hours to see a doctor for a 10-15 min appt. Waste a lot of peoples time. Horrible.

This Entire Set Up Shud Be SHUT DOWN I have not been able to get my medical information from this circus where they never answer the phone.. The Entire Experience Felt Like I was in some forsaken third world territory somewhere that supports wrongness with no shame

Yes unfortunately they are known to Not Call phone appointments. I had the same experience more than once
I called this office off and on for a year before my primary doctor got through no one answered the phone prior. Dr. Kazeem IS worth wait. Some of the staff practices I don't like. If Dr. is due at 11am, staff allows patients to sign in at 8am and leave. So when you arrive at 10:30 am there are list of people ahead of you that aren't in the waiting room. If you have other things to do that day you have no choice but to get there before 8am so you can get out by 1130 or 1200. I spoke to the Dr about this practice.
It took me 5 days to get a call back after several calls. I wanted to cancel a scheduled appointment and reschedule before years end. I actually forgot why I had called by the time I heard back. I hope this is not going to be the new norm going forward 🤔
Ive found you have better luck calling after 130pm.
