Let me start by saying that we enjoyed our stay throughout of 1 year and 8 months. We also recommended this company to two of our friends who ended up signing leases with this company in different buildings. Unfortunately when we moved out, we left with a bitter experience. I got a job in a different state thus I needed to break my lease. The leasing office asked us (me n my husband) to find a tenant for them before we moved out on May 31st, 2020. We found tenant for them by May 19th, 2020 and the tenant also applied through their online portal for approval. On June 1st, 2020 the prospective tenant informed us that his application was approved for another apartment and the company assigned our apartment to some other applicant. Company claimed that our candidate was late to submit papers thus they would not give us our security deposit back because our candidate didn't get our apartment!!! Later, the company mailed us an estimate of damages $450 + penalty of forfeiture $1458 (total $1908) which by no mean was a valid demand. The damages that they claimed we made were utterly ridiculous and fabricated. When we left the apartment, we cleaned it up completely and took the pictures of the inside of the clean apartment as a proof. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Already mass people are economically damaged due to COVID situation, a company like this is just harassing tenants with their unlawful acts and false claims. This is unacceptable. We are going to fight against it

Additionally, there are no pets allowed. We require 1 month's rent and security deposit up front.
