Gorgeous Apartments. Some are more high end and luxe than otherseith amenities and some renters are charged more than others for less space. It makes you wonder if you're getting the short end of the stick. Other than that, decent place to live with nice high windows. The neighbors steal though so you have to watch your things like a hawk and the Lemle & Wolfe doesn't care. They are the worse.

No. This building is no longer vacant & has been turned into modern luxury apartments for mixed income families.

Contact Lemle & Wolfe Inc. Located at 5925 Broadway, The Bronx, NY 10463 for tenancy inquiries. Apartments were won through housing lottery. However, tenants are moving out at the end of their lease so they may have a wait list for new tenants.
