Customer service is great. It’s the cost of the product that is hurting our pockets. We have to have internet because kids in school and there is no competition on the mountain top so this is why we’re stuck paying so much for the service of internet and cable services. Offer deal to your everyday customers like you do for new customers give us some offers.

He was extremely kind, helpful, and efficient in setting up WiFi service for us. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve encountered! Haha mid hudson is a joke, they are the only cable company around for most residence areas outside of citys and their prices clearly reflect they are taking advantage of that fact (monopoly)

There are many different levels for both.
Depends on what router you have, if you use midhudson's router, the eero, then you simply can download the app and change from there. If you can't figure it out give then a call they would be happy to help you change it or even walk you through it
They have something on their website which tells u when and where there is an outage. Sorry I'm seeing this question late. I'm not an employee just a subscriber.

I pay $208. That's with the one up from Basic but I get a lot of channels, 1 HD DVR and 2 boxes for 2 bedrooms AND unlimited Wifi.
