The return of one of my 3 cable boxes was by FedEx. After about month with several chats, they seem to have no record of this. I even sent them the FedEx delivery info. They keep saying they will take care of it. I have not seen any change on my bill. All of a sudden, I could not get several channels. A technician came and he could not fix it. On Tuesday I am switching to Fios!

The worst cable company, telephone company, and Internet service on the planet. I finally made the move to Verizon, and they cut off all of my online services immediately so I couldn’t even pay the bill, they charged me over $600 in unreturned equipment and their offices are only open till 6 PM and I work every day 8 to 6. Not customer friendly, rude greedy staff, coupled by terrible services.

It's a walk in location only. All optimum stores are walk in locations.

No. But there is a wait depending on how many people are ahead of you. They take your name at the entrance and you may wait in your car if you would like.

Yes I think . They are there optimum store, they sell optimum products as well. They should have it.
Check on line as there are several locations on long island. Bethpage on Stewart is one. Dropped off old box myself.
