I had a good experience here. I had set my appointment online and was taken care of very quickly. Nurse did a thorough job in checking the prescription order and drawing blood. I had a lot of blood drawn and felt very weak. She had a great demeanor and was very patient with me until I was able to stand up and make sure I was ok.

I walked in without an appointment and I checked in. It said that I could wait as a stand by. I was taken in even though it was close to closing time. I really appreciate that they took me. Nice people. I will come back to this facility again.

Quest is an absolute joke and any business anything resembling this place should be shut down permanently. Not even a single person to talk to. There is literally an iPad and a waiting room. Big fat zero and won’t be going ever again

Do you take walk ins
Yes. They say they take walkin but not really. I got there, and registered on their kiosk. It gives you a wait time but they never call you. After an hour, and watching new people come and go, I asked what is going on. You continuously get bumped by people that register online. You don't get a reserved spot as a walkin and they don't tell you that when you register. Its an absurd system. Obviously I don't go there anymore. The Northwell lab a mile down the road is way better, more efficient.
