HORRIBLE NIGHTMARES!!! Anyone beware, run, do not take your car there, take your business somewhere else. I took my Subaru in for a windshield replacement. Got my car back with eyesight light on and other errors popped up. And was told we could not recalibrate your camera, take the car to the dealer to have it fixed. We couldn't do it. Now the dealer are giving estimate to have the issue sorted out. I have called customer service number, and no help neither. No choice but put my comments here, I hope I can speak to someone.

Incompetent! Scheduled a windshield replacement, tech shows up without the windshield saying he was told the job was for a repair not a replacement. Then reschedules for three days later, shows up late and says without paying cash up front he won’t start the job… meanwhile the order was to go through car insurance. Tech says without cash he won’t work so he leaves the location, called customer service and they Had all the insurance info, Allstate, on file and stated they will have to reschedule AGAIN. Then they reschedule for a day and time without my permission or confirming with me, sending me an email that they rescheduled for a Thursday to show up at my job … meanwhile Thursdays are my day off and I won’t be at the designated location on that date. Called to schedule on a date that works for me and till now no one has gotten back to me. Complete waste of time! Been driving around for a week now with a broken windshield because I trusted this company yet they keep rescheduling me with constant mistakes.

Went to safelite to have rear slider put in rear of pick up. They installed only the right side panel but charged me for whole slider which was over $1100. They left tape residue on my truck. When I called to question why; they said I needed to go to a detailer to have removed with a special chemical. I put a little gasoline on a rag and removed it within 1 minute. Either they really aren't smart or just lazy.
