Great Services, BUT your Plan and cost foe EVERYTHING is WAY to high!!! Can go to Netflix, better service, better customer service ( they really appreciate your service & will do anything to help you ) Verizon is the same, but Netflix is the best.

Staff here was courteous and knowledgeable. In and out quickly. Too bad Optimum is pricing itself out of business. It’s a great service with great people but the price is just crazy high.

Yes is a full service operation sort a like the Post Office you could buy stamps at any one of them
I think you have to bring it into the office and you get a replacement.
I was there araund 12:00, and there was two people working at the counter, there was no line, I was there for about 10 m. When I left 3 people were in line. On the other booth, they were still working with the same person they were with, when I got in.

Passed by the store during normal work hours last week and saw a sign on the door that said the location is closed.

If that dosen't work call service number, they will work with u to restore service.
They have parking available right outside the store but the store itself can get crowded at times I suggest you arrive early
Commercials pay to advertise on demand as well as regular TV channels
They don't lower prices for anyone.
