how do I get a credit for the 3 weeks of service that I paid for but the System was down? IT Was down from 2/23 to 3/13. IT SAID TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE.

Unfortunately they are not easy to deal with. You have to be persistent. Many have changed providers because of poor service, and gone to Verizon
