The water pressure was as bad as the lady’s attitude that worked the front desk! Otherwise the hotel was clean and AC was ice cold in the room.

Nice and clean room. loved the lobby set up and the pool. workout room. nice big beds. comfortable. quiet. was disappointed in NO FREE BREAKFAST! no microwave in our room. the refrigerator didn’t have much space. our phone didn’t work. no one came to our rooms to replace towels even after telling someone.

I really enjoyed the staff here. Our rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The location suited our needs perfectly as well. I would really like to see hotels get back to a more full service mentality. I completely understand the troubles that COVID causes, but reducing usual customer services to a skeleton of what they once were was understandable in 2020, but not so much anymore. We know what's safe and what is not, and we don't need to eliminate services anymore when we can just alter them in an appropriate way to keep them safe. Please open things back up, it's those very amenities that drive us to Marriott properties rather than other hotel chains.
