Hampton Inn Mount Dora

Hotel was in an excellent location if visiting Mount Dora. Staff was very pleasant and professional. The complimentary breakfast was solid! On the improvement needed side, hotel was a little outdated and did not measure up to the Hampton Inn level I have come to expect. Specifically with the room. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty. Luckily we did not stay in the room other than to sleep. Overall not the worst place to stay, but Hampton Inn needs to step up their game and make some improvements to the rooms at this location.

We used this Hampton Inn as the base for our annual family reunion in July 2022. The general manager, Robert Milsap, helped us organize a room block and a meeting room for our five day four night event. The logistics were flawless; and the on-site staff friendly and accommodating. This property is not brand new, but is exceptionally well-maintained. Kudos to the staff responsible for breakfast. A reasonable assortment of hot and cold items were in plentiful supply, in a neat and clean environment. We will use this property again!

Positive: Staff was really nice and professional Negative: The beds were uncomfortable; the room needs to be more sound proof. You can hear other guests in their rooms talking and laughing late in the night. Did not sleep comfortable. The beds needs to change. Also, the desk is right next to the A/C.

Great staff and nice breakfast. Needs updating. The bed was not the awesome one you usually have. The best one we stayed at was in Palm Beach Gardens. Still a great chain.
