I know Lorraine Gray from the fist time mom was at The Grand Pavilion in 2021 and I was thrilled to see her again this year. She is caring, kind, compassionate and goes above and beyond for the residents. I know my mom is in the best hands with her.

Where should I begin?? I started working at the Grand Pavilion in 2010, then I was out for a couple months, got rehired in 2011, stays until I moved to CT in July of 2022. I missed all my residents and coworkers. I missed my family. I met the most excellent, committed, compassionate workers that any job could offer and it’s at the Grand Pavilion. I want to reach out to all the new workers, to please to be kind, responsible and have compassion to the residents, when they do their job. We want to carry on the name of The Grand Pavilion. I was very proud to be a team player at my job, and even though I am not there anymore, I am still proud of the workers, they’re Fantastic. Keep up the good job,, love Campbell,, CNA.

I cannot express enough my dissatisfaction with this facility. They totally neglect and abuse the patients. I visited my mom every single day she was there. I witnessed the nurses impatience and lack of care. The nurses lack proper communication and organization. Please don’t send anyone there.

That would be a question to pose to the facility. My mother was a short term patient. They did a great job with her. The place is bright and clean. The food is also very good.
