Not really. We have what we call Red Eye runs. You have to get with the tour department and they can tell you when they run.
No. When passengers are told that each is allowed one piece of luggage, it means that their suitcase should be tagged. These tagged pieces of luggage are taken to their hotel room. The carry-on pieces are taken by the passengers and are usually stored above their seats or maybe underneath their seats. Oxygen tanks go on with passengers or can be stored with luggage below if needed.
