I have tried to call this place at different times for 3 days now. The phone message says thank you calling please wait and a staff member will be with you shortly this call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and then hangs up when it gets to 2min into the call EVERY TIME. What’s goin on? Your business don’t care enough to pick up your phones or make sure they’re working. Whatever it is I’m gonna take this a warning and look somewhere else.

The staff were always so friendly! I never felt too uncomfortable or unsafe while living here, even though many people told me it was a bad area. There was some noise, but I expect that at any apartment complex.

No one is ever in the office. Its closed and locked during normal business hours with no one to be found. Packages all get delivered to the office because of theft issues, so it may take days or weeks to get your packages from the office since they randomly leave and lock up. Didn't have noise or trash issues until the latest neighbors moved in, who slam doors all day, play loud music and throw litter in the hallways. My apartment never smelled like weed until they moved in either. Now it smells like someone is smoking in my apartment because its so strong. Needless to say, I'll probably be moving after this lease is up.
