They have some good services and some workers who are good, but the reception that when you enter those people are terrible and they don't let your children in to visit, they have to be over 16 years old, that part is what ruins this hospital the most, What a misfortune of a place, plus the fame and in that it is super bad. they have to change that. My sister left this hospital for an emergency and she asked for an interpreter who would translate for her in Spanish and the accident's response was that English is spoken here in America, she is not supposed to treat a patient who came from an emergency like this, it's very bad despite it was his first time in this hospital he will not return there

The security check in needs revamping. They don't keep track who comes n go. Have to give your ID everyday instead of having it on the computer. Nor do they know if visitors leave for those who have a quota and tell people they can't go up without knowing if previous visitors have left or not. The nursing staff are great especially the PCAs
