Worst service I ever got! Drivers are totally liars and probably thieves! I busted this young stupid looking driver named Pablo that claimed he left 2 Chewy packages at the door, I was standing at the freaking door- no packages! He then said he left them at the garage door! WTH!! Who places packages in front of a garage indiscretly for everyone to see! We have 2 pillars and a designated spot for deliveries but he didn't even go to the front door! This was a resend because the first one was never received but fedex claimed it was delivered!I will personally never use or recommend FEDEX to anyone. My mission now is to try and convince corporate CHEWY not to utilize FEDEX Roseville!!

Great place to work, fast pace, high energy, if you are looking to be paid to work out every friday this place is for you. They have great managers Like Mike, Jen, Chris, Amber, and Crissy. Great trainers like Rob get you in the action. I miss it already but I already reached my target weight goals time for the beach.

(Updated) If you wanna deal with toxic management, unclean/unsanitary trailers, and have consistent body problems, this is the right job for you. Nah I'm kidding this is seriously one of the worst places I have worked for. From toxic management that don't really care for the safety of their workers, to consistent hourly pay changes, and very poor work environment. There were a few managers that were respectful towards their employees but the rest treated workers poorly. From my personal experience, one of the Sort managers I believe his name was Brandon Burns who literally sounds like a mix of Ben Shapiro and SpongeBob was very rude, and disrespectful when he saw workers who weren't following his directions and pressured us to work like we were treated as slaves. To sum everything up, I don't regret quitting FedEX Ground.

Just when I thought things were improving with FedEx this happened. I ordered a deck box. I didn’t know it was delivered and when I opened my garage door from inside, this huge, heavy box narrowly misses my car and slams down to the floor. When I went to assembly it, not only was the styrofoam that was supposed to protect the product in pieces, I found that the drop had totally cracked a side piece of the deck box. I’m waiting for the company to get back to me on whether they can send a replacement part. This just shouldn’t have happened. It was bad enough having to play hide and seek between October and January when temporary hires were leaving packages literally on the road, over fences and entirely at wrong addresses. Even though I still have “delays” on deliveries, at least they were coming and leaving them at my door. This problem was rampant all throughout my area. I know because local community sites on Facebook were venting about these FedEx issues. Calls into the main offices and an email I sent to corporate did not get me any answers. I just wish I knew what carrier companies were using before I order. I have told a couple of companies and while they are apologetic, they don’t seem to want to change carriers. Shame on you FedEx. UPS doesn’t seem to have any problems so I’ll stick with them as much as possible.
