Don't answer the phone and have yet to return a single call. It's absurd. What kind of emergency service is this? Great way to teach the next generation of dentists about patient care.

Their phone service is very bad. I am trying to contact with them since one month. Finally someone pick up the call. I'm asking him additional details and they guy hang up on me. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

I haven't been here since the pandemic started, so I can't comment on their office policies. I've had 2 wisdom teeth pulled here. Most dentists won't pull teeth even if they're broken (mine were), but they did it here quickly and pretty painlessly. When walk-ins were available the waits could get long (they recommended getting here first thing in the moring) but the dentistry was excellent. Hoping to get my new broken tooth pulled so I'll see how they've changed.
