I have to change my own sheets, and towels...not that big of a deal. But, when there isn't anyone in the office to make thw swap, now I have to use dirty sheets and towels?!?!?! Also, the A/C works intermittingly, so the room was usually stuff! All in all, terrible experience!

We were on the road so my sister booked the room online at 1am and we got there around 1:40 am when we arrived the extremely rude front desk clerk told us that we were considered a no show because they had already done their night audit and she couldn't refund the money so if we wanted a room we would have to pay again and when asked to speak to a manager the lady told us that she would not rent us a room and that we had to leave. She was rude cussing at us and even came out the door at me while I had my 2 day old extremely crabby from being in the car for 3 hours daughter cussing and causing a scene. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Especially since the workers make it unsafe for the guests. I was not rude to this lady I did not cuss back at her I just asked her to calm down because of my child I think she just thought she could get over on us and got upset when we refused to let that happen she should most definitely lose her job and

This room was gross. There is a paper on the table that says they only do weekly cleanings. This room hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time. I don't think they cleaned between guests they just made the bed. There was stains on the bed and floor, dried food on the table counter and fridge and microwave, and an inch of dust everywhere including the remote. We got in late I spent 30 minutes cleaning with Clorox wipe from my car. It was too late to change hotels and we had a early morning. I would have cleaned more but I ran out

Positive: It was definitely quiet, no problems. No loud parties or disturbances from other guests. Negative: No tissue paper in the bathroom. I was bitten by bedbugs all night, I scratched all night long and had very little sleep. My body looked as if it were hit with bombs from the bedbugs. I also had taken photos of the bites.
