The only drawback is there's no Wi-fi. I personally don't need it. The owner will always be there for you,good people! I personally live under the trees , in the wooded area. Beneficial on cold windy days and nights. Night time Quiet. That's a plus for me.

Great campground!! Very quiet & clean place, beautiful scenery and walking trail with a pond. Mr HL & Mrs Sarah (owners) go above and beyond to make sure their tenants needs are met and are comfortable. Far enough away from town to be peaceful and relaxing yet close enough for things you need. Very clean facilities with washer and dryer access. Wonderful place!

The nearby town has a Drive In movie theater 👍. The campground is very quiet. Large shady sites. Small pond nearby that makes for a peaceful walk. Super value with passport America. All the reviews must state how eerie quiet this place is ,. Spooky 😉

Mr. HL is a wonderful host. Hes very hospitable & takes good care of his campground & campers! Some fulltime trailers but nothing run down, older maybe but well kept. Great little trail & pond, full h/u & a bathhouse that wad clean. laundry facility was good! my boys loved the outdoor experience here. Verizon worked good. Will definitely stay Austin

Yes but the access rd in is awful. Lacking road maintence
No, you will to go to Brunswick to the beaches. Cracker Williams Recreation Park and Bill Morris Park have playgrounds but no swimming areas.
