Although it definitely needs updating it was clean. The staff were polite, respectful and willing to help with whatever we needed. The beds were comfortable and we weren't disturbed by neighbors. We also enjoyed the pool very much. By far the best hotel in Jesup.

1. The pool wasn't ready until 4:00 that afternoon. They shocked it around 3 knowing the hotel was completely booked. They should have been better prepared. This happened 2 years ago when we booked with them. Also if you open the pool late you should at least keep it open later at night. You came and kicked everyone out at 9:00. 2. Everytime I left my room I had to stop at the office to have my keys rekeyed. Very inconvenient- this must be an in issue as the lady checking in before was told if that happens to stop by the office and I was also told that. At one point when I stopped to have it rekeyed I had to wait about 5 minutes because no one was at the desk. 3. Blow dryer quit working after 3 minutes of trying to do my hair. Went to the office to ask for another one, they were going to look for one but I never heard back from them.

The bathroom tub was horrible. Definitely need to change out all the bath tubs. The entire room definitely didn’t feel clean. Definitely had a funky smell to it. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone calls from their guess.

Good hotel. Bads: overall seems a bit dated, some minor vandalism in my room (nothing offensive just juvenile scratching/writing on lamp and bathroom walll), check in was kinda late as my room wasn’t available until after 4pm, and there are no USB charging lamps or plugins, only 120v so make sure you have your charging blocks. Goods: cleaned room, decent furniture, fridge and microwave, Wi-Fi that worked fine for me, tv with enough channels, working AC. I had to cut my stay a day short at 10:45 am of that same day. The front desk was accommodating and refunded my final unused night and gave me a late check out of 12:00 noon. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or use the pool, but both looked decent.
