My name is Shaunte and I moved in 10/2021 and I thought I was a nice community until June 8 2022 when I was out of the house housing when into my house and was going through my personal items when questioned about the incident and reported it the head director mark requested that I move out of the apartment due to my questioning of illegally searching my house when I wasn’t home. Mark the director is not a nice man he will not listen to nothing you have to say they don’t care if you are right be careful renting from this housing authority. They adjusted my rent more than it was supposed to be and had to get that back to what it was supposed to be and are bad about fixing things in the apartments!

Yes, it depends on the housing some say 5 years some say 10
You have to have your Wi-Fi put in by Xfinity or Dish or purchase through your smart TV etc.
Just apartments from what I know. Unless it's changed recently
