If I could give zero stars I would . Came here to test for strep and Covid and had to wait 2 hours for results !!!! When I asked about my results , the nurse seemed agitated that I was asking her . I just waited around 30 more minutes before asking for discharge papers !! Worse experience ever !!!!!

My dad, who has dementia, was taken to this hospital for Covid and pneumonia. They kept my dad in restraints, in a diaper, on a liquid diet and did not give him his proper medication. Even after the Assisted Living place he resides in had told them he needs his medication. For over a week, my dad was treated like terribly. No one could talk to him or see him. He is now not walking and he literally shouts when he needs something. My dad has never been one to raise his voice, ever! He was also brought back to his apartment in a soiled diaper and wet, very wet diaper! Now, he will need physically therapy to walk again. This is a HUGE set back for a dementia patient! Shame on you!!! Also, they had his paperwork all wrong. Said he had no relatives at all. I literally called and talked to his nurse/nurses to get updates. Even though all the updates were not accurate at all. I even got another patients info on accident. I pray when you get older you are treated better than this! Because my dad has dementia. He should of had an advocate or loved one there for him. I gave your hospital a 1 Star, it needs to be minus any stars at all!

My son came to the ER with appendicitis and they worked quickly. And even when we had to wait, the ER staff continued to check on us. The communication and empathy displayed was amazing. They acted quickly and transferred care to Surgery. I knew my son was in good hands with Doc Christmas. He was in and out of surgery quickly and the whole surgical staff was amazing too. Then in post op care Nurse Patty was very attentive and PCT Donti was as well. They took good care of my boy and myself. Glad my husband passed our hospital to come here.
