After waiting several weeks, my replacement jigsaw puzzle by Cra-Z-Art finally arrived. Puzzle was packed in a non-padded thin paper envelope which provided zero protection for contents. Puzzle box was badly dented in one corner along with having a large rip and hole. Who knows how that will affect the puzzle pieces inside. Extremely disappointed. Tossed replacement puzzle box in recycling bin. Will never buy Cra-Z-Art puzzle ever again.

Extremely poor puzzle quality and customer service. I have a Cra-Z-Art jigsaw puzzle with defective pieces: some pieces were just cardboard and had no picture on them. Several weeks ago, I filled out the contact form online on the Cra-Z-Art site and received an email reply the next day. I replied back to answer the questions. However, it's been 6 weeks and I have not received my replacement puzzle. All follow-up emails I've sent have been completely ignored. I will NEVER buy another Cra-Z-Art puzzle and I will make sure to not buy any products from their parent company LaRose Industries which includes brands such as Cra-Z-Art, RoseArt, and Kodak. There is no excuse for poor customer service and ignoring emails.

Bad colors. Made me sad. Ruined coloring time in skool. ☹️🎷 I did give 1 star but then I remembered how good the music was in their commercials so you get a star for that C-c-c crazy art 🎵
