Thought I was getting screwed by the dealer, Olathe Dodge. Took my car to Donovans instead. The price difference was $300 for the same service. There is nowhere else I am taking my car from now on. 2022 - returned for a shaky wheel... they found the problem and fixed it quick and reasonable

This was my first time coming to Donovan’s, but it definitely won’t be my last. Every interaction that I had with Donovan or one of his employees was excellent! They are really so friendly, and you can truly tell they care about their customers. I went in because I thought my alternator was bad, but after running their test they discovered that it was only a problem with my battery cable. They saved me soo much money by discovering that. I think a lot of other car shops would’ve just changed the alternator.

My truck needed an alternator, so I had it towed there first thing in the morning. I asked if they could have it done that day since we were going into Labor Day Weekend. They didn't make any promises, but to my delight they had it ready to go before the close of business that day so I had my transportation for the weekend. They were super nice and the price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The team has always been honest with every diagnostic, tries to help save us money when they can, provides frequent updates on repairs, and gets it right the first time. They’re the only place we take our cars!
