Spent ten hours here just to get jumbo box braids and spend majority of the time waiting even though I had an appointment. So unprofessional and they keep switching from your hair to another person’s hair mid braiding.

I came at 11 am and waited 3 hours to get my hair braided. When they finally got started on my hair they messed up and had to redo it, TWICE!!! I ended up staying there a little over 8. Would only recommend if you’re willing to waste your time.
