New Star Construction Services did an outstanding job in repairing our damaged roof. Regardless of the weather, the roofer was polite and quick. His description and photographs of his effort demonstrated exactly what he intended to do and what he had accomplished. The pre-visit communications from the roofing company were also excellent. I am quite pleased with the work they have completed and highly suggest them to others and will use them again in the future!

From the outset of our conversation, the people at this company have properly explained my roof repair process. They are incredibly efficient as well as extremely careful. They did an outstanding job of removing all of the waste, including the nails (no flat tires), while causing no damage to the property or landscaping. I can tell with certainty that they are the best roofing company. I would strongly recommend this company to others!

What is the difference between regular gutters and seamless gutters?

New Star Construction Services Inc | Aug 29, 2022

As any homeowner knows, gutters are an essential part of keeping your home in good condition. They help to channel water away from your foundation, preventing costly damage. However, not all gutters are created equal. Regular gutters are made from sections of aluminum that are joined together, while seamless gutters are made from a single piece of aluminum. This can make a big difference in both the appearance of your gutters and their performance. Seamless gutters are less likely to leak, and they provide a more finished look. As a result, many homeowners choose to upgrade to seamless gutters when they need to replace their old ones. If you're considering new gutters for your home, be sure to ask your contractor about the benefits of seamless gutters.

How long does it take to roof a house?

New Star Construction Services Inc | Aug 29, 2022
New Star Construction Services Inc | Aug 29, 2022

That all depends on the size of the house and the type of roofing material being used. For example, a small ranch-style home with a shingled roof can be completed in a day or two, while a large two-story home with a tile roof may take a week or more. Of course, the weather also plays a role in how long it takes to roof a house. Hot, sunny days are ideal for working with asphalt shingles, but tile roofs are best installed when the weather is cool and dry. As you can see, there are many factors that can affect the answer to this question. So if you're wondering how long it will take to roof your house, give us a call at New Star Construction. We'll be happy to give you an estimate.

What type of roof is the cheapest?

New Star Construction Services Inc | Aug 29, 2022
New Star Construction Services Inc | Aug 29, 2022

That's a tough question to answer, because there are so many factors that go into the cost of a roof. For example, the materials you choose will have a big impact on the price. If you're looking for the absolute cheapest option, you might want to consider a metal roof. Metal roofs are very durable and long-lasting, so you won't have to replace them as often as other types of roofs. However, they can be more expensive to install initially. Asphalt shingles are another option that is usually more affordable up front, but you may have to replace them more often than a metal roof. Ultimately, the best way to decide which type of roof is right for you is to talk to a qualified roofing contractor in your area. They can help you evaluate your options and make a decision based on your specific needs and budget.
