This place charges way to expensive for windshield replacement and they also charge an absurd mobile fee which makes no sense since you cant drive anywhere in florida with a broken windshield and also appointments were two weeks out.

Let me tell you a story of an incompetent manager. I arrive for first appointment and manager informs me that they are so sorry can’t replace window because the one they have in stock has a scratch and he will order 2 windshields to make sure that he would have a good one. Fast forward to ten days later and manager again informs me again that the glass in stock was scratched and he would have to reschedule the appointment, same B S. story. So don’t waste your time with the location on Fowler St. in Ft. Myers.They can’t check the new glass for defects? Before confirming the 2nd appointment with customer, total waste of my time, no quality control, go somewhere else they are not the only game in town.
